At Lettering by GRG, we combine bespoke watercolor artwork, elegant typography, animation and music to transform your wedding details into a luxurious digital experience that can be easily shared with your guests.

Each invitation is individually designed around your wedding, venue and personal style, creating something that feels completely unique to you.

What’s Included

Our bespoke digital invitations start from €1,200, with the final price depending on the level of customization and artwork required.

Your digital invitation can include:

• Up to 4 custom watercolor slides, which will then be brought to life through animation

• Bespoke design and layout tailored to your wedding

• Animated watercolor artwork and design elements

• Music of your choice

• A finished video of up to 1 minute

• Portrait orientation in an 18:9 aspect ratio, designed specifically for viewing and sharing on mobile devices

Please note that our digital invitations are provided as video files and are not interactive or clickable. Links, buttons, QR codes or website addresses displayed within the video cannot be clicked directly from the invitation.

Our Design & Approval Process

Before we begin designing your invitation, we will send you an initial questionnaire with a selection of questions about your wedding, your style, the information you would like to include, your preferred artwork and the overall look and feel you have in mind.

Your questionnaire gives us the starting point for your design. From there, we will continue to refine the creative direction with you through email, discussing your ideas, preferences and any additional details needed before and during the design process.

We will then create and provide you with design proofs of each individual slide, including the artwork, wording, typography and overall layout.

This is your opportunity to carefully review all of the details and request any necessary design or text adjustments before the animation process begins.

Once you are happy with the proofs and provide your approval, we will move forward with animating the artwork, adding your chosen music and assembling the final video.

Please review your proofs carefully before approving them. Your approval confirms that you are happy with the artwork, wording, names, fonts, layout and information shown in the proofs and gives us permission to proceed with the final animation.

Once the video has been created, any further changes, including changes to wording, names, fonts, artwork or layout, will incur an additional fee due to the additional design, animation and rendering work required to recreate the video.

Final Files & Artwork Policy

When purchasing a digital invitation from us, you will exclusively receive the final completed video save the date invitation.

Source files, individual watercolor artwork files, editable designs, animation files and other working files created as part of the project are not included and will not be released. This allows us to protect the uniqueness, integrity and quality of our original work.

However, if you later choose to create your printed wedding invitations with Lettering by GRG, we will be delighted to reuse the watercolor artwork originally created for your Digital Save the Date within your printed stationery design at no additional artwork cost.

Important Information Before Ordering

By purchasing a Digital Save the Date or Digital Wedding Invitation from Lettering by GRG, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Digital invitations are delivered as non-clickable video files.

• Videos are created in portrait 18:9 format.

• The final video can be up to 1 minute long.

• Music of your choice can be incorporated into the invitation.

• Up to 4 watercolor slides can be created and animated.

• You will receive design proofs for approval before the final video is assembled.

• Your design includes up to 2 rounds of revisions for small adjustments, such as minor text, font, positioning or design refinements.

• The included revision rounds are intended to refine the agreed design concept and do not include a complete redesign, a substantial change to the overall layout, or a new creative direction. Any significant redesign requested after the initial concept has been created may be subject to an additional design fee.

• Once the proofs have been approved and the video has been created, additional changes will be subject to an additional design/animation fee.

• Your purchase includes the final video only. Source files, editable artwork and individual design assets are not provided.

• By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

• Digital invites are non-refundable
