WHAT’S THE Process?

We’ve worked with 100’s Happy Couples around the Globe, we know exactly the hard work that goes into a Wedding.
We’ve refined our process to make things as easy as possible for our couples.
Breeze through our list below, and you’ll have ‘Wedding Invitations’ marked off your list in no time!

 

STEP 1: GET INSPIRED
Browse our Wedding Stationery Collection, and Instagram account for ideas and inspiration.


STEP 2: EMAIL US
Send us an email HERE and let us know more about your dream wedding invitations.
You can expect to receive an answer from us within 24 hours.


STEP 3: BOOK WITH US
Once we agree on the contents of the suite, finishing touches, etc.,
We will provide a quote. We require a 50% deposit of the quoted amount to secure your booking.


STEP 4: CUSTOMIZATION
After the deposit is paid, we will start the design process and request any necessary information for the stationery suite.
We will email you a questionnaire to complete. We can help you in anything you need, with both your wording and design & colour selections.


STEP 5: DESIGN PROOFS
We will present our design drafts (usually within 5-7 business days, depending on the suite contents and artwork).
We allow for up to two rounds of revisions for changes. Revisions can include text, sizing, composition, and alignment.


STEP 6: FINAL PAYMENT
Once the final design draft is approved, we will request the remaining 50% balance.


STEP 7: PRINTING & SHIPPING

On average, our artisanal printing process takes:

  • 30-35 business days (approx. 6-7 weeks) for classic printing.

  • 35-40 business days (approx. 7-8 weeks) for invitation boxes or folios.

However, as all of our orders are fully custom, time frames may vary slightly.
If you need your stationery sooner, please let us know before booking and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
We will keep you updated as we progress with your order. We then lovingly assemble, pack, and courier the suite directly to you or your wedding planner.
