Sculpted embossing is a 3D blind emboss created with a custom metal plate that raises and lowers specific areas of your artwork. It adds depth and texture you can see and feel—ideal for crests, monograms and premium brand marks. You can combine embossing with metallic foil for extra shine.

We manufacture a bespoke plate tailored to your vector artwork. The plate setup is paid once; we store it securely for reprints so future orders typically pay only production/finishing costs. If you already have a plate with us, we can reuse it.

Minimum order is 100 cards (increments up to 600). Hand-crafted production typically takes about 30 business days (≈ six weeks) from final artwork approval. Complex finishes or peak seasons may require additional time.
