Important timeframes to have in mind while working with us
STUDIO HOURS
We’re located in Madrid, Spain
Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm CET (We don’t work during weekends or holidays)
Please allow us 24/48 hours to reply to your emails.
We quote timelines in business-day ranges. Please note Business day ranges do not include weekends, bank holidays or local/regional/national holidays, or public days. As we are based in Madrid, Spain, we follow the Spanish Public Holidays, of which you can find in google under “Spain Public Holidays 2023”
Design process:
Between 5-7 business days, depending on suite contents and artwork. In this case, we need to design a few pieces like line sketches & watercolor artwork, this might take longer.
Printing timeframes
On average, our artisanal printing process takes
30-35 BUSINESS DAYS (APPROX. 7 WEEKS) for classic printing
35-40 BUSINESS DAYS (APPROX. 8 WEEKS) for Invitation Boxes or Folios
However, as all orders are custom, the time frames can vary. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let us know as soon as possible in order to make sure we can accommodate you. We cannot guarantee deadlines that are presented after our process has started.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please be advised that times can also vary due to weather, proximity to holiday seasons, etc… If in doubt, please order sooner than you require! For shipping purposes, please note that we are based in Madrid, Spain.
Europe: 3 - 5 Business days approx.
United States: 5 - 9 Business days approx.
Canada, Australia, New Zeland, and the Rest of the World: 9 - 14 Business days approx.
Rush order
Due to the nature of our work we are unable to expedite our current order processing time beyond our current guidelines.
As everything is hand-pressed via a manual process, it does take time to get through. The process is part of the charm though - it's what gives our work its character, and genuinely breathes life into the designs we collaborate on with our clients.
If during our process we have your order finished sooner; we will of course send them sooner than projected!
However, we’re unable to specifically expedite the processing of individual orders.
