Are wedding menus necessary?

The answer to this question is a very definite YES!
Your guests will want to know what’s going to be put on their plates, so Wedding Menu cards are a must.

Here’s everything you need to include on yours:

Description of each Course.

it’s not required to list every ingredient used in a dish, but we would recommend adding the main Ingredients in each. Especially in cases where the food can contain triggers for the most common food allergies, such as nuts, shellfish, gluten, and dairy.

Dessert are optional on menus.

We would recommend including the wedding cake flavor/s.

Order

Courses are listed in the order they are served.

Extras

It’s not necessary to add condiments items like coffee, tea, bread on the menu card.

Wine Selection

In regards to Wine, if you are pairing wine with your any of the main courses then we’d recommend adding the wine selection on the menu (on the left) aligned with their corresponding courses. Alternatively, you can list them as a separate listing at the end, after the dessert course.
